Our Community Park includes play spaces and a pavilion with picnic tables, electricity, and a fireplace. The pavilion may be rented for reunions, parties and other celebrations.
Thirteen new parking spaces, including ones for handicap visitors, have been paved on either side of the park area.

The playground has areas suitable for ages 1 to 5 and 6 to 12 to enjoy

Our Athletic Complex
The Loch Lynn Athletic Complex has been developed over several years, mainly with funding from Project Open Space grants. It was initially home to the Girls Softball League that has now moved to the Broadford fields. The Mountaintop Soccer League currently contracts with the town to provide playing fields for more than 500 local youth who participate during the fall soccer season. Field lighting added for the 2024 season allows for games to be played beyond the early sunsets of the fall.

Our

Development and maintenance of this park has been made possible through Project Open Space grants as well as Garrett County Commissioners Park Grants.
